Having operated using legacy systems and Sage 50 account, the Directors saw the opportunity to embrace cloud technology as a way to overcome remote-working challenges, and position the business for further growth. In particular, the team identified that a joined up sales, quotation, inventory management and after-sales solution would ease administrative burden, whilst migrating to Xero cloud accounts would lower licensing costs and enhance the flexibility of the new business platform.
Here, MD Iain Smith joins Flowlens CRM & MRP software system CEO Rich Dale to describe the process.
