Flowlens – Inside Sales Development Executive

Flowlens is a Belfast-based cloud software solution. We help SME Equipment Manufacturers and Service Dealers reduce their costs, improve their productivity and realise their potential. Our business is growing across the UK/Ireland and we now seek a talented individual to help us continue our success.

We’re looking for an outgoing, inquisitive and determined individual who’ll be responsible for driving inside sales lead generation and nurturing. Using direct and indirect channels, you’ll balance methodical, process thinking and creative communications to achieve success. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to understand our product, customers, and market, with day to day engagement to qualify and progress opportunities.

The role is based at our Belfast office. Occasional travel will be required to customer sites / industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage out-bound email and call processes
  • Develop and refine pitches for engaging with prospects and responding to feedback
  • Define/Manage target data sources
  • Conduct phone calls, web chats, and on-screen demonstrations to qualify and educate prospects, understand their needs, buying cycle and identify risks
  • Working with others in the team, contribute to company content strategy with ideas / requirements for strategic positioning/education/nurturing content that supports the sales process
  • Engage with existing customers to understand needs and generate future additional sales
  • Manage inbound lead partners including lead generation services and Adwords partner
  • Provide management reports and contribute to board reporting

Essential Attributes

  • 3 years experience in lead generation / inside sales development, including lead qualification and nurturing
  • Experience in outbound email and telephone prospecting
  • Ability to plan and manage time effectively
  • Ability to write clear, targeted communications
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience in lead generation for ERP and/or CRM software
  • Experience working within or with organisations in the manufacturing industry
  • Driving License / Own Car

We’re hiring! The successful Software Tester will be working in a fast paced environment and will be involved in the end to end testing process from requirement review through to defect management. You will work closely with the development team to schedule and manage progress of issues raised from testing, and use your own initiative to ensure that critical issues are flagged and tracked.

We’re building a fully integrated cloud-based CRM and ERP product. Every day presents new and interesting challenges as we deliver functionality that solves problems for SME across sales, marketing, operations, purchasing, and after sales service.

Key Duties:
– Creation and maintenance of test plans and documentation
– Defect tracking and reporting
– Executing manual and automated tests
– Regression testing
– Reviewing project requirements
– Communicating progress back to the Project manager, Developers and Senior Management team as necessary
– Testing and sign-off of all projects before release
– Help to implement and maintain a robust roll-out procedure delivering a high standard of customer service.
– Creation of training manuals and other material
– Carry out training with clients
– Deal with clients on a daily basis

Competencies Required:
– Software testing in a commercial environment
– UI Testing
– Usability testing
– Automated testing tools
– Experience working with relevant operating systems
– Awareness of responsive testing, cross platform.
– Hands on experience with HTML, Java or Ruby on Rails
– Defect tracking/reporting
– Strong technological knowledge
– Customer service and communication skills

Desirable Attributes:
– ISEB/ISTQB certification
– Experience in cloud-based software environment

Must have:
– 2-3 years full time commercial experience
– Experience with issue/task tracking and management
